Patients will usually receive an Explanation of Benefits from the insurance company explaining payment, deductible, and co-insurance information.

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Insurance companies vary in providing pay settlements.  Some insurance companies are very prompt with payment (usually within 15-20 days) and others can take up to 45 days to provide payment.



I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill - but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?​
